Process
Six phases, each approved by you before the next begins.
Every phase has a goal, a duration and a defined set of deliverables. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
Method & practice
Every space is read before it's drawn.
Our practice runs on Bright, the spatial intelligence platform we build. Before we propose a single line, we read the conditions that shape how a space feels, and design to improve them.
Our designs are parametric and generative. Each one is built from relationships, so a change updates the whole design, and we compare many options on daylight, views, area and cost before you choose.
Technology does the counting. People do the choosing. Nature and tradition set the standard.
